    To be an authorized affiliate of The HOTH, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

    Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using this service as an affiliate. By signing up for the HOTH affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

    Terms and Conditions:

    This is not a discount program and you cannot buy with your own affiliate code. We will delete any commissions suspect of this for any reason. We also block commissions from the same IP as the referrer.

    Buying branded domains NOT allowed. No legit brand has 50 branded sites.

    Absolutely NO use of words like “Warning,” “Scam,” or “Hoax” to get higher CTRs, but hurt the overall reputation & impression of the brand (a legitimate product doesn’t have people debating whether its a “scam”)

    All efforts must be 100% transparent. All mailers should be pre-approved. If you’re going to buy media & run different creatives, its best to clear them with us first.

    The HOTH is not an SEO consulting agency. We support questions about the service & orders, but we don’t provide advice to clients.

    We reserve the right to remove any suspicious commissions, remove affiliates, or place payments on hold on any affiliate that breaks these rules or for any reason.

    Upon acceptance into the program, links will be made available to you through the affiliate network interface. Your acceptance in our program means you agree to and abide by the following.
    1. You will only use linking code obtained from the affiliate network interface without manipulation.
    2. Your website will not in include “Official Site” or represent that your advertisement is endorsed or sponsored by The HOTH in any way. It may not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website or create the impression that your website is our website.
    3. You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links on your website. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating).

    PPC Guidelines:

    If you are enrolled in our program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:
    1. You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (which are identified below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other network.
    2. You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. The HOTH Coupons) without prior written authorization from us. We have a strict no-tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. Your commission will be set to 0% without warning and we may reverse your commissions up to 30 days if you engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses our trademarked terms in violation of this policy.
    3. You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name or included in the display url.
    4. You may not direct link to our website from any Pay Per Click ad or use redirects that yield the same result. Affiliate links must be directed to an actual page on your website.

    Domain Names:

    Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. TheHOTH.website.com or www.TheHOTH-coupons.com
